Returns & Refund

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, FIFTH & readily accepts returns on all items within 10 days of shipment, unless otherwise stated.

Due to the nature of our merchandise, we kindly request that you do not don any of the pieces for a wild night-out, or mild-mannered day in the office, if you are not 100% certain that you've found the accessory of your dreams. We cannot accept a return with any new blemishes (scratches on watches or jewelry, scuffs on purses, etc.) regardless of size or location. Any alteration to the piece by the customer (resizing, link removal, strap replacement, etc.) voids the return policy.

All merchandise to be returned must be in its original wrapping, including any paper or stuffing, tags, boxes, protective films or tapes. Prior to shipping, give us a shout so we can be on the lookout for your return, as you will be liable for all lost or damaged merchandise. Make sure to include your invoice number and item number with your return to expedite the process. As these pieces are very valuable, pre-paid shipping with a traceable courier is required, and all pieces must be insured for the full amount of initial purchase. Please note, FedEx does not insure watches or jewelry valued over $500 and may not be suitable in all cases. Collect shipping will be refused and returned to sender.

All refunds will be issued in the form of the original payment, and will be in full, minus the original shipping cost and any additional costs associated with insuring the piece. We will however, issue you FIFTH & credits for 100% of the original payment and waive the return fee, should you choose this option over a monetary refund.
