When will my item(s) be shipped?

Items will be shipped within 2 business days after your order has been processed.

What shipping service does FIFTH & use to ship items?

Items are shipped using trusted couriers like FedEx, UPS, TNT, DHL, EMS, and even the USPS.

Does FIFTH & charge for Shipping?

Yes. Shipping charges a flat fee of CA $20 or US $30.

Do I have Shipping options?

Do you combine Shipping?

Yes. Contact us in advance to specify your shipping requests.

Does FIFTH & ship to all countries?

No. We only ship to Canada and the United States.

Who is responsible for Customs Fees/Taxes?

Customs fees and taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer. To find out more, we suggest you contact your local customs official.


Does FIFTH & negotiate prices?

Yes. But only high-ticket items are negotiable. It is best to contact us and we can discuss the product with you.

Does FIFTH & offer sales?

Yes. We offer promotions based on seasons and holidays.

How are prices determined?

Prices are determined by the brand, model, and age of a product.


What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards. For high-ticket items, wire transfers are available but you must contact us in advance prior to your transfer.

Does FIFTH & accept Returns?

Yes. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with an item, FIFTH & readily accepts returns on all items within 10 days of shipment, unless otherwise stated.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Yes. But only if you live in Ontario or Alberta.

Can I cancel an order?

Yes. Contact us to let us know within 1 business day that you are cancelling an order.

Can I pay and pick up an item(s) in person?

Yes. Contact us in advance and we can arrange for a date and time for you to pick up your item.

Does FIFTH & accept Gift Cards?

No, not at this time.


Does FIFTH & guarantee Authenticity?

Yes. All of our brand name merchandise is guaranteed 100% authentic. We’ll include all original packaging with serial numbers and/or certificates of authenticity whenever we can.
